Hi Guys and Dolls,

Every single year i make a New Year's resolution and never ever stick to it! This year once again i am gonna try my darnedest to quit smoking.......sigh. Also get back in the swing of swimming everyday.

I think only once i kept a resolution and that was to go on a diet and i did it!! I am thinking about these resolutions now because i got to gear the brain up to do it.

What are yours.......any?

But no, if you want to make a change in your life for the better/positive, why pick an arbitrary date? If you REALLY want to make changes, start TODAY; why give yourself the out?

Lips....sorry about  my "balloon burster!"  But, the data tells us that most people consistently make New Year's resolutions that they don't keep and end up with guilt.  And, then repeat the cycle. 

If one smokes, is fat, gambles (yikes!), needs to excercise, etc.  Most cannot take these on without third-party help.

Case in point.  Almost every gym/health club has only about 10% of their PAYING members actually using their facilities on a regular basis.

Yes....we need to hang that shingle.  You'd like working with me....I am lots of fun.

I'm making a resolution... to keep my resolutions...

My resolution is to set some resolutions and take each one a step atta time.. i have a goal.. i'm going back to school for a business degree and also taking dance and study(world dance) like african, italian, egyptian, polynesian, hawaiian, latin, belly, modern, folk.. by the end of the year 2011.. i want to be a multitude of knowledge,tradition and culture!!!! I hope to open a Beauty and Supplies shop or a Dance studio, those are my dreams and wishes.. making them come true depends on me!
