I am sorry you are experiencing the same problem as I am. I have e-mailed the financial department everyday this week with no response. I think you are right..they know there is nothing we can do. I did forward all my e-mail chains from the e-mails this week to the support e-mail and I told them that I was going to make it a personal mission to find every forum, website and blog out there where I could get the word out to US players that this is the way the Main Street Vegas Groups treats their customers and not to play at any of their casinos.
I also told them that I have already found "several" other people that are experiencing the same run around as me so I do not believe any of their crap e-mails. We shall see if I receive any response at all to the latest communication. I think they are located in Antigua, but of course without a brick and morter location their servers could be anywhere, but I would like to see how they respond to the offer of flying to their location to pick up your winnings!!
