Ok, ive downloaded this casino myself, and i also wasnt allowed to redeem the LCB200SLP code. Ive also contacted the live chat and they said i need to register again via banner /link and then contact their support to delete the old account.

Now i can suggest you to do the same, but we will definitely need to see this with our casino contact , to avoid this prob in the future.
