As far as the naked body scan, they probably see so much that they couldn't care less anymore. Kinda like a gynecologist. I can't say it doesn't make me uncomfortable because it does but more importantly it makes me sad that this is what must be done in the name of safety.
Now "detailed" pat downs, what exactly can they tell from a quick grab of the junk? When I flew internationally, it was so quick and more of a breeze by that I could have had a set of coconuts or a hand gun down there and they wouldn't have known. If you're gonna do it and take the time, do it right.

I agree with Froggy, it is sad... we are all human beings that live under God .. i think people are really taking it too far, and i'm glad despite there complaints they don't give it, they are TRYING to protect us, if this is what it takes to keep us from having another 9/11, please let them do their job, i'd rather have a detail patdown, or a full bodyscan then turn on my TV and see detailed bodyparts spewn all over the place because a terrorist made good on threats and blew up a major building, i don't think that airport employees are getting off on it infact they probably dread it..
