Guys i just received and e mail who appears to a a scam,subject: From :Miss Valili Zumathis supposeably poor girl from the ivory coast sent me an e mail where she claims to be a daughter of a dead millionaire and she needs me to handle her money and to do so i just have to give her a bank account and to take care of her future... I'm writing it here because she wrote and i quote : " I got your name and contact from latestcasinobonuses.comI prayed over it and selected your name among other names " So i guess that more poeple got it, be carefull!! If it is true which i find hard to believe, I apologise to the young girl and recomment that she will put her money in a trust fund and go travel the world ,I dont know a country who will not welcome a 22yrs old millionaire from the ivory coast!!! Watch out!! |

The problem is your email address is visible on your profile (when i click your username i can see it - but you click my username and it will say hidden). You should never leave your email address visible on the internet as automated programs scan webpages for them to add to their spam lists. So the spam is probably being truthful in saying it got your email address here, but not because the site sold it or gave it away.
There is an option in your profile somewhere to hide it, best turn it on, even though its probably too late now....
see: Account Realted Settings" under "Modify Profile"

Thank you guys I appreciate your help and concern and for a moment i did not think that your site may be responsible for it As a person who work and live on the net i hate these schemes that are turning the internet into a scary place for the common people and devour our hard and honest work. We do get a lot of spammers on the forum, trying to post their sh..t or to take advantage of our community , so its constant battle against them... anyways, im glad u understood our position, and hope to see u more on forum...  |
