A biased moderator here...

Being a member here for more than an year.

Have contributed honestly and relative to my experience with listed casinos I have played at - 11 reviews and 11 ratings and several posts on the forum.

But when it came to claim the bonus "granted" by LCB for contributions, it seems a certain moderator here - "blueday"  would mind my contributions being "diversified" enough, or "evenly spread" enough for his/hers judgment to allow releasing the bonus.

Maybe it's just me, or maybe there is something to it, but  I think after our initial  messaging back in May, he/she is kinda biased towards myself and will abuse his/hers position to play with and deny my requests as he/she pleases.

Wouldn't say this kind of practice is particularly beneficial to any type of business, but again, it could be just me. 

I have always found Blueday as well as all of the other mods to be more than helpful and unbiased.  They have never taken the side of anyone without hearing out both sides of the story. 

My suggestion:  if you are unhappy with LCB maybe go try another forum.  But good luck getting any moderator on any other forum besides LCB to truly stand up for you as a player when it comes to getting any winnings from a casino that you are due.  It won't happen.

Absolutely agree with jodiisgreat on this one. LCB is an amazing place and don't take it for granted. I have never seen such place where you get rewarded by your input and this place is always so friendly. I believe everything is absolutely objective and true here. Best of luck!

I could go on and on about what you have said about Blue and how wrong your impression is. Instead i will sum it up in one word......RIDICULOUS!

Actually it was denied by me , I just asked blueday to let you know the decision.

Your first Skill payment was approved and paid even though you had barely any contributions back then. We thought to give you the benefit of the doubt and that you might see it as an incentive.At that time you were also advised to diversify , which did not happen.

Just because you recently posted few comments ( mostly one -two liners) in one day does not really count as contributing.

In my opinion , during your one year membership here, we did not see an actual effort to contribute to LCB, which would justify the cash claims.

And that is fine, you do not have to contribute , but then we might refuse to send cash , all per our T&Cs.

The sooner some of the members understand that Shop is not designed for you to make a buck, the better.
It is the rewards program, not a bank.

Blueday is a fair person and does not deserve this kind of accusation. It is just you, believe me. Unfortunatelly this kind of thinking is typical for your country which I am familiar with. Don't take it too personal because it is not. I have seen an other member who was not posting correctly, he got a warning from blueday, ignored it and kept going too. I have seen nothing but support and fairness from blueday and he is not a biased moderator! No way.

Abusing his position? O dear! There is the conspirasy theory.

More to the point here though, Zuga is a fair person and "calls" all cash claims correctly and fairly across the board. 

I do understand that quite well, I do.
Unless someone can really consider an average $0.2 per day as a " quick buck"  I see no relevance in accusing me of  "getting to the bank" with LCB bonus rewards.

If I were to abuse it, I'd most certainly do so in more persistent verbal diary style and not  write only relevant and to the point  posts.
The bonus rewards here are barely the real incentive of being here. There are nice resources in the gambling field which I personally found very useful.

I do believe in honest word though. And if the word is there is additional bonus on being active I believe it must live to it. And not going on leveling the T&C.
Sure, no one is assuming the site is obliged to reward their members. But once stated there are rewards, there should be clear rules and I fail to see where my contributions are "not really efforts" according to the current rules.

That being said I understand the need to defend the decisions of the stuff and further more  insist on more engaging activity by the members.

I'd honestly suggest you familiarize yourself with more than one person from a given country, do a bit of research on the topic (as e.g. go through my reviews/posts) and generally refrain from uneducated statements as the above quoted.

Don't take this too personal because it is not. It is just a friendly advice coming from someone with broader experience than yourself as it seems.

I'm afraid that a person that has a few posts and comments in a years time can't actually qualify as contributor. Yet alone quality contributor.

And nothing wrong in that, but ill say it again, then LCB reserves the right to deny the payment. And yes your one-two liners are what we also consider as meeting the bare minimum of requirements ( minimum character requirement for a comment / post ).

Obviously these are our rules, which are quite clear and easy to understand. But in such cases that a member needs a clarification then the way we interpret them is the only way to go.

If you think we are unfair and dont like our rules, then by all means let us know to exclude you from the Shop system.

Then you can truly contribute to LCB like so many did before you and before we had the Shop, without expecting to get anything in return.

I have been here a long time. I have spoken to the mods (blue) in particular on a lot of different subjects . IMHO she is easy to talk to and she is kind and understanding . She also has a job to do. I have also had to stop claiming just the money vouchers and order some of the other great items the shop has. I did not get offended, i followed the rules. How hard is it to just follow the rules and enjoy being here  . I agree with all of the above except for your comment of course  [8-|].

I don't necessarily think the Shop system is unfair, but  I did expect it to honor its premise -  obviously I am the one in the wrong here and my actions of getting active just to meet the minimum requirements were obviously not in line with the spirit of the program.

So I'd rather not have that privilege and be confused about it.

Yeah  I googled "facepalm" picture because it was my first reaction after reading his post. 

Ouch. Right after I ready your post, I looked over and saw NEWBIE and that you have had 9 POSTS. (this is even AFTER your posts on this thread) So we are talking like 5 posts in a year? What are you doing to contribute? Do you even see all of the great stuff LCB has to offer besides the rewards program? Which btw hasnt been around for that long, and other people still came here to do things without being rewarded for it.

I personally cant believe that LCB would reward us for doing things that we would normally do. But thats what happens. People start to EXPECT it and they start to take advantage.
