It took 10 days to cashout 90€ with thousands of email and livechat.
They forfeited my 25€ deposit without reason too, i hope that it will be credited back soon (I've never played it because i was waiting to cashout).
I'm waiting an answer from yesterday.
It's a very frustrating place where to play.
Livehelp even if gentle and available is useless to solve anything and all questions are sent to email departments that are almost silent for days.

A new good update.
I got back the forfeited deposit, i played and i've won enough for a second cashout (40€) paid in 3 days.
So, non so bad at the ends, but they need to improve the customer service anyway.
