I am very unhappy with this particular group. >:( I was bonus banned from both Mayan Fortune and Pantasia for no reason...and I don't have multiple accounts and I haven't deposit with them yet. I closed both accounts!

Friends, I have to say a few words about those bonuses (casinos).
I see that some of you have a problem with one or other bonus (casino).

I try both bonuses (casinos) that same evening when I registered but not to find a little more time to share 
my experience with you. This was a period of good guzzle so that I wasn't many functional. lol

First I register at Pantasia and play with a bonus of 30€ FREE.
I played slots, Western Wildness.
And played ...
And played ...
After couple hours I still played ...

And then I calculate my payments to see how I wager. And after a few minutes I saw that I satisfies the conditions
for withdrawal. I contacted their call center and asked them to explain to me how to get my money (under the terms
of promotion, 120 €). They explained that I have to pay a deposit of 17 € which I did. Although I asked them if I can
get whole 120 € +17 € and received the answer that I can, I filed a request for only 120 €. When I saw that I have still
17 € on the account again I come to play Western Wildness.

And again ...

Played ...
Sun has already rise and then I realized that sit 6h as a little child who for the first time have new toy. lol
In the eyes I saw only lines and circles. My eyes drop out. At that time I had 415 € and as always happens, tried with
a few large payments to "get rich with speed", badlack.

Sometimes when it says ACCOUNT LOCKED it is something as simple as you put in the wrong password.  You can retrieve your password and try again, and sometime it works, or you might have to call customer service up, and they will clear it right up for you.  Most of these matters can be cleared up with c/s over the phone, or on the chat line in a minute or two.
This is for any casino, not just Pantasia/Mayan.

Thanks for the offer LCB unfortunately pantasia is RIVAL powered which means NO CANADA! I assume the Mayan casino is a sister site and also RIVAL,  I would dl it but im on mobile net atm
