    That is 100% correct my dear friend. Once you have made the deposit and cashed in the balance, your withdrawal will go into a 24 hour pending period.

    However, chances are your that withdrawal will only come out of the pending period tomorrow this time, which is after our daily import. This means that your withdrawal will only be processed on Monday.

    But I am going to see if I can pull some strings and have this process sped up.

  • I've received the payment this morning but i don't understand the reason i've receive 140 euro. I've cashed out 175 euro that is 150 (tha max i can withdraw from this bonus) plus 25 euro that is my deposit for verification...the other 35? smiley

    I am glad to hear that you received the withdrawal.

    I looked into this for you and this is the situation. The €35 bonus is actually a "sticky" bonus which means that the bonus amount is removed upon making the withdrawal.

    Your balance before your deposit was €150, you then deposited the verification amount of €25 increasing your balance to €175. Then when you cashed in the amount, the €35 was removed.

  • So the total win is 115 plus 25 that is the deposit...however i had 150 on the balance that is the max i could cashed out and the 25 for a total of 175 and you told me that i could cash out the win plus the deposit as it's in other casinos...never mind but the terms are not clear and in the past in other Rival casinos it wasn't so smiley
