Still know credits showing for the account.
One has to wonder how a casino rep thinks that failing to honor such an initial deal will inspire a consumer with the confidence to deposit. I mean, looking at the counter for the forum here I see close to 1500 people visited LCB yesterday. With somewhere in the neighborhood of a Hundred separate casinos out there, all vying for Consumers dollars... Showing 1500 diehard gamblers that you are willing to "welch" cannot be good for business.

Hi Jembeaux, I have to agree with you but we have made Planet23 aware of the issue and in their defense they are very new and this is the first ND bonus they have offered, with any luck it will be smooth sailing once they get the process sorted.

genevahl, please read the rest of the thread... The offer is exclusive and the casino is trying to make it automatic whithin 24 hours of registration. I too talked to support at the casino and was told it was 'expired" but had it cleared up here by the casino rep a bit over 36 hours later.
I actually played for a little over 3 hours on the 10 dollars, made the playthrough with about 25 left.

I registered an account and after 24 hours had not received my bonus.. I emailed danny@planet23.com and in no time got a response saying my bonus was in my account.. Thanks Danny and LCB.. See ya later.. cause I got some playing to do!! lol ;o)
