I got the 25 free spins and won around a tenner but when it came to depositing so i could withdraw I was given another welcome bonus (50x) without asking and the live chat suddenly seemed to disappear.

I'd avoid this offer. I played through the wagering and then they added a £20 bonus to my account without my knowledge and cancelled my withdrawal telling me I needed to wager more.
