I did deposit 25 euros from moneybookers at 3th December 2011 and verified all documents, and request for withdrawal 50 euros, but I didn't get my money so far. The proccess is: pending withdrawal 50 euros.

I inform them about my problems on their livechat. They said that they couldn't reach me on my phone. I gave them my number, and some other numbers where they could reach me. But everytime was the same result: that they couldn't reach me. They keep telling that they tried to reach me almost every day.
Otherwise, their livechat is OK, people are nice and it seems that they want to help you.

I hope that I will get the money. I don't understand how they can't reach me. I gave them my number with and without country code, but everytime  the result was same.

I will inform you if I get my money or not.
