Hi Thanks for looking into the situation for me, I am sorry to say that it was no use. I went and signed into Maple this afternoon and registered my credit card and contacted live chat where i was told that the exclusive was over today and I was too late. Can you believe that, I then told the chat representative that I had signed up on the 15th of August where I was told then that the exclusive was over. but really it was not over until today so if it is over today like you just stated then I should have been credited with the spins on the 15th. She then said sorry and asked me if there was anything else she could HELP me with. I of course declined. Just thought I would let you know.
