PLEASE HELP:

I have not got the bonus for winners, they say this website is not affiliated with winner casino, and told me im not eligable...

please can you contact them.....

i am soo disgusted, all online support was doing was trying to sell me deposit bonuses, they didnt care about the free bonus what so ever, i dont think this casino is very good, if this is how they treat us...

it has been over 72 hours now too,

yes i got it, thanks, i phoned them up too twice, and they just kept saying i would have to wait another 24 hours, but i got it now, i was disgusted with the customer service, but the payouts on the slots was actually pretty good, i got half way to my wager too with it lol,

secondly, i had to ring them up on the telephone and then they said the same to me, but i requested for them too add it for me and told them i registered the card and they just said they will inform the promotions team, so i reccomend you phone them up toy383, i registered months ago there though....

As far as we are aware this promo is still valid.

If you used our link to register after this promotion was published, then you should be entitle to get the bonus ( unless you are coming from a restricted country ).
