ahh not great luck for me, got bonus, met WR, had plenty left over balance but withdraw cancelled and winnings forfeited  Reason being I opened an account there back in january apparently. After checking an old email address I dont use anymore found indeed there had been an attempt to open an account with that email address but the verification email has never been opened and my account was never verified. Completely frustrating but nothing I can do |
