I contacted livesupport and their tech fixed it up for me the next day I was able to install it

I'm getting the same message about it having to install some required components.  I tried earlier this morning too and am getting the same message still.

I contacted support three times and have tried to download through google chrome, internet explorer and firefox.  She asked if I had flash which I do.  The last time I spoke to them they asked if I had virus protection and suggested I turn it off.  Last week our whole computer crashed because of tons of viruses.  We just got it back from the repair shop so I guess I will have to miss out on this one.

 a bit off topic but, im pretty good with windows based computers, and let me assure you that antivirus is actually not even nescessary, you better watch your browsing, links in mail and only download casino's after you've googled them extensively, then youll be fine and then youll be able to download manhattan too, just download ccleaner (trust me) and use it after every internet visit, and youll probably never have troubles again...

i say this because you will forever have troubles downloading /installing  gaming software, because antivirus prog's are going to generally block them, if you arent an advanced user that is
they also use up large chunks of your effective memory, and are mainly the course for crashes, because they have loads of compatibility issues with common programs
