I downloaded from our link and used the code no problems at all.

I suggest completely removing any previous sloto cash cookies, casino, etc etc on your computer and start afresh before clicking the link. I've never downloaded this casino until now and as I said above, I had no problem.

hmmm, likewise, I had never dloaded it, claimed many lcb exclusives before with no problem so im quite sure now that there is a problem,

I spoke with the casino rep and he reviewed your account. You are unfortunately not bonus eligible since Sloto was on Rival platform. This means you cannot get the NDs or deposit bonuses.
