Hi garychi,

Please go to Lobby, click on Coupons on the left-side menu to open the Events window and find your no deposit bonus. In order to receive bonus, activate it by clicking on "Activate" sign (tick).

youspades friendly staff, yesterday I accidentally rejected the no deposit bonus of 175 €, I am disappointed because I wanted to this bonus, I also wrote in the forum for it.

In order to receive virtual bonus money, please click on Coupons tab on the left-side menu of Casino Lobby. At the bottom of the Coupons tab, you will find a box for bonus coupon code entrance - just fill it in with your code and click "Confirm" button.

Live Chat is dead.  Tried to follow instructions and was told that bonus was activated but still no money posted to balance.  Saw vague one line that said blah, blah, blah may take up to an hour.  It appears that United States is no longer accepted?

To be honest this kind of bonuses are not my favorite, same goes for a bonus like 1hour
play with $1500 e.g.
Then I'm bored within 5 minutes Tongue never have that with a $25ND
