Are you from the restricted countries? Other than one casino that locked my account and returned my first deposit because my country was apparently banned from there, I have not had any geographic-related issues claiming free chips at the vast majority of Rivals. A bunch of them did bonus ban me mid last year when I was on a good run but I've been able to claim both deposit and ND promos at casinos I've signed up at since then... Since I am from a country that currently has few people playing online, or even on the internet in general, it is not usually listed among restricted territories on a gaming site's T&Cs and I typically only find out later from support if there is a problem. |

I would wait a while and try to get a different support person. There weren't any free chips but pretty good deposit bonuses. |
