I am sorry,bkddh5! I can not understand why these casinos are not in the same book all the time but what else can you do but walk away. I did get $20 with no problem but I won't make any deposit at any of these casinos. I get emails from both golden and online vegas most of the time they are free money coupons and deposit promotions but I usually ignored them because, their email supports are very poor and takes forever to get respond and their live chat is almost every time off line. For the first time, I got through with live chat for one of free money coupon with code, a guy name Alex said that $50 will be in my account in 20 min. and nothing after one day so contacted another live chat someone else told me no because I received $20 from Lcb exclusive which I am okay with it but I asked them not to send me any more coupons or free entry for tournaments...I am the player who think highly of casino who has a fast, top notch customer support and so far only that category casinos are all micro's.
