Surprise surprise that they have problems. I dont know if Playtech provides default template answers to support about no deposit offers along with software. They all have same answers and on most of those sites support doesnt have a clue, or they want it to look that way, what you are trying to say with exception of Class 1 casino, their support is great.
EDIT: I didnt bother at all to request this one because I guessed right how this will finish.
