you cant reset to dollars.you will have to get support to close your account and reopen in usa dollars.They did it for me once at another playtech casino.Ask support you never know maybe they can just change the currency.

I spoke to live chat and I got somebody new and they FLAT OUT SAID!!!! you must contact the person (affiliate or whatever) who gave you this bonus code and that they (affiliate or whatever) would be the one who will get the casino (the promo rep person) to allot the bonus to the accounts they said it has nothing to do with them...

I was told that bonus is being credited manually 3 times a week. They also said to wait for another day or two, so if you dont get the bonus by Friday please post your user names and Ill email the casino.
