    I searched for half an hour and couldn't find the live help.  In the end, I replied to the original email asking me to verify my email address asking them where the live help is and whether they could credit the free chip direct.  I gave them the code and copied my account number from the email they sent (and mentioned the number was as below in the main body of their message).

    A very quick response was received and they had credited the free chip.
