Hello LCB!

I'm a relatively new member and I just wanted to share my experience with this special bonus.  My username on Diceland is the same as it is here.  Diceland was the first TopGame casino that I successfully "beat" in terms of wagering requirements on the bonus.

I ended up with $150+ in my account so I should be getting the maximum amount.  Basically, the way it works is that there is a maximum withdrawal amount of $100 for a bonus and then a $50 fee to withdraw money.

I also had to deposit $25 (which was lost quickly) so I actually only won $75.  After requesting a withdrawal, I sent in all of my necessary documentation as requested.  It took 12 days for their finance department to "receive" my documentation and add it to my file which was very difficult to believe.  I am, however, happy that they have finally gotten all of my documents so that they can process my withdrawal.

Although I am displeased with the ridiculously slow processing, their 24-7 live chat support is very very nice because the chat support persons are quite helpful and informed, especially Barry.  Anyway, even though they are clearly using some slow processing tricks to delay the withdrawal, the casino still seems pretty legit and I am overall happy (can't complain about the $75 win.)

Let's just hope they actually send me my money.
