Just downloaded "Diceland Casino" filled my info out went to L/H like Im supposed to and "Tommy" kept asking for Bonus Code??? Kept telling him there was none for the Exclusive Free N/D $12, but then he said there is NO exclusives at the moment?Huh?? User Name#Time2WIN

Live help don't always know what is going on regarding exclusives or special "forum only" promotions. 

You could try giving live help a copy of the link to the thread and let them read it for themselves.  That sometimes helps.
