UPDATE:
The customer service and banking was very friendly at this casino, but unfortunately, I unintentionally violated their terms. It seems that I had multiple accounts at this casino, even though I didn't remember making/playing the first one.
They deleted the first account and gave me access to the second one back after I admitted being wrong. They were even kind enough to give me my free LCB110 chip back, but I lost the second time around.
The lesson I have learned is to always maintain a list of casinos at which I have played, so the same mistake does not happen again. The only thing that I might suggest to on-line casinos (even though this is still my fault) is that if there is a match of first/last name AND IP Address upon registering, maybe there could be a prompt suggesting that the person has already made an account. My mistake is still my responsibility and mine alone, but I think it would still be a good idea.
In any case, I have just achieved victory at
LuckyRedCasino, so a post on that will be forthcoming momentarily in the proper thread.
