Im not defending them because they could be playing stupid tricks, they wouldnt be the first or the only one to do that.
As for banner issue, I was able to claim all the offers from the same group without a problem and I had my "Anti-banner" disabled because I anticipated this could be the issue here. Search through "Help" in your antivirus software or whatever it is called for "Anti-Banner" or just combinations of it.

(KIS, any version, specific procedure to make this work.)
One more thing, BEFORE you click on the link in case of Kaspersky Internet Security software disable the anti-banner, DELETE all the cookies (for Internet Explorer, CTRL+SHIFT+DEL and then check all the boxes except "Preserve Favorites website data" and "Passwords" and select "Delete", very similar procedure for the FireFox, same keys slightly different names on checkboxes). After that, close your browser and open KIS, select "Security" in main window of KIS and select "Erase Your Activities History". In new window that will open in the first screen make sure that "Diagnostics of user activity traces" is selected and press "Next>", KIS will look for the traces and show another screen with some list. In that window EXPAND everything and SELECT every checkbox and click "Next>". That should clear everything that was left out in browser cleanup.

If you need to write this down open Notepad and copy/paste this into Notepad but dont leave browser open in any case because KIS wont be able to delete everything, files are still being used.

After cleanup is performed in both browser and KIS there shouldnt be any more traces left, those that matter, and now you can open this page again and all the banners will load correctly and links will work properly but just to make sure everything will load perfectly, hit F5 or "Refresh" once you open the thread where link is located, in case browser loaded the page from cache instead of Internet (it should work without this but it is a one shot thing and hitting one more key is EV+).

This will work for any offer not just this one so if youre not familiar with this keep a copy and remember to do it every time before clicking on the affiliate links.
