hi.. i signed up today using the bonus code HOT500 but it said that the code was Invalid.. i contacted support and they told me that there is no such bonus code.

Signed up the other day, asked about a free sign-up chip and they asked me to hold for a 'sec'.  40 minutes later, different rep, he says, 'one moment', 30 minutes later.....still no reply.  Thought maybe I was dropping my connection.  Logged back in today, told rep what happened thinking I might actually get somewhere..........lol.........he says, 'hold on a minute', then BAM!, locked out.  With customer service like that, I'm glad I didn't just deposit and start playing.  Couldn't imagine what it would be like trying to withdrawl without them saying "F-U" and locking you out of the account.

Please correct me if I am wrong, isn't this casino closely associated with Diceland Casino where Devon got fired the other day for customer disservice? And wasn't his main deal that he had been asked for a free chip and told the player to deposit once for a change or something of that sort? And don't they share the same CS group? I think maybe they are in deep doodoo over there!
