Luckynn this casino is a joke, i have lost my temper waiting on livechat.their games are crap.like GoWild , were Blue or Zuga told me after i registered that i have multiple accounts, which have totally forgotten i have registered long ago, a casino without livechat or poor livechat is not yet to be trusted!!!

You have multiple accounts. So not sure why are you complaining about.
Maybe the live chat is slow, but non the less you violated the T&Cs , so therefore no bonus for you.
