After several dissapointing chat session with the live support and a long discussion with the last guy on the line the decision felt this way: to withdraw the winnings I had to make a minimum deposit and wager the deposit 1 time. I withdrew a relativ big sum (but smaller than 1000) - so I dont think there is a max cashout. However this was not easy to find out. The minimum cashout is 50.
This rule about depositing atleast a min of 20 and wagering it one time also stands in the rules on the casino website.

PS: i havent got the money yet, but I am pretty sure I will, because the chat guy said it quite definitive. I will post, when I received the money on moneybookers.

I've had a reply from the casino about the last lot of accounts I sent.
QrealE00876083 and QrealE00460819 have been credited.
Regarding the other accounts, the casino have said that these are accounts from Poland and Bulgaria and credit to these accounts is discretionary. The casino said they are not prepared to credit these accounts so Im updating the first post to include this. Sorry but its out of my hands.
