I have a problem... I have just created my acc with number: GLR110229582 and logged in to the casino. I also aked a support on the livechat about my welcome bonus amounts to GBP 10 and one of their staff said that I have to make a deposit in order to get the bonus... hi i just signed up for grand play casino through the link on this site and the online support said that they didnt have it but when i mentioned this site and said you have to open an account through this site he said yes they have it well i asked how i get the nd bonus and after 45 min pause im still waiting for a reply from brix well its now almost an hour and i gave up the online support at this site very poor at 1st they were nice talking to me but as soon as i mention the nd bonus that was it they stopped talking to me my account is GLR110230432 if any1 can help me i would be so greatful ty
