Didn't get the exclusive bonus? Here's what you need to do.

What do you do if you didnt receive the exclusive bonus when signing up?

The most common reasons for not getting the exclusive are:
- you did not sign up from LCB's link. It is always important to clear cookies and  your cache first and then click our link to sign up. This is if you want to get our exclusives.

- you country is restricted

- your account is on a bonus ban list. Certain players are flagged not to receive any free bonuses.

Here is what you need to do:

1) You can contact any one of our moderators on the forum. For exclusives it is best to contact the moderator who posted the topic. Remember to give them your casino username.

You can also private message one of them - make sure you have added a subject line and included the casino name and your casino username.

3) The moderator will then contact the casino rep and they will check your account and credit the bonus accordingly.

4) If the bonus is not credited within a few days and you do not hear back from us please send a follow up PM.

If you are not linked to LCB (affiliate) and therefore cannot get our exclusive you will need to perform the following steps: (However I cant guarantee that this will work)
1) Contact support to close your first account
2) Clear your cache & browser history
3) Clean your PC's cookies
4) Most importantly - uninstall the casino software
5) Once then go to the specific casinos review page or forum thread.
6) Click our banner or text link and sign up again

Lately, I've noticed that the WGS type casinos are getting more picky about when they will allow a bonus to be given out to your account.

Apparently, if you take a deposit bonus on your last deposit, they will deny a free chip bonus.

And of course, if you take a free chip bonus, you have to make a deposit before you are allowed another one.

I really don't get why they are saying your are disallowed if your last deposit before a free chip had a deposit bonus used with it.  You would think just the fact that you made a deposit at all should be good enough.

Even though, they are my favorite online casinos to play at.

Why is it that the WGS online casino, as few as they are, don't give out very many bonuses?  Why are there so few of them to begin with?  I LOVE those casinos and play them every single day, if not deposit, at least the free tournaments.

Thank you for the topic and the information.  I've run into this many time - I sign up thru the LCB link and then am unable to redeem the exclusive bonus.  When I contact live support, they tell me that I should redeem in cashier section (which I've already attempted to do - obviously), and other than that they can't do anything.  It's very frustrating! 
Anyhow, I will try clearing cache and cookies, etc. next time.

i would like to inform you that Mr vegas casino sent me an email after registering telling me that they don t accept players from my country after this they keeped sending me their promotion by mail. And Spinzilla they told me i have to enter my credit card number to get the free chips.

I have ran into this myself and at times it's not an issue with LCB links but the casino itself,they have their own promo/ sign up bonuses.I have found this to be true on bingo sites as well,ty for the  post and heads up!

I'm not sure if this forum is the right place for this question. But perhaps someone could help or direct me to the approptiate forum.

I'm trying to figure out whether I'm eligible for the $3 Chip Reward for making a first deposit.

I signed up at CASINO EXTREME through LCB. And made my deposit, but not sure how to claim the $3 LCB Chip. 

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated. 

I'm a member of several casino's which I regretfully haven't signed up through LCB.

I wasn't aware that you could request your account to be closed and simply create a new account through LCB and then be eligible for LCB Exclusive Bonusses. 

I'm definitely going to have to try and do this. I want all my accounts linked to LCB.

I see you managed to figure out how to claim the $3 which you found here - https://lcb.org/casinos/participating.

It does need to be a newly created first account and first deposit made in the last 30 or so days to qualify.  You will need to look out for an email confirming you have qualified or a message from me confirming that you have not.

correct, also if you win your winnings will be confiscated. Please make sure you only sign up and deposit at casinos you are allowed to register at.

Yes, if your country isn't on the registration page, you are not allowed to play at that casino. Always read casino t&c in order to avoid any inconvenience.
