You should be able to claim this $10 free ( you have to contact live help). This bonus is for all existing players.... if you dont get it please post your user name here and ill see what i can do...

sorry for the inconvenience . I was given false information.

I have no choice but to close this promotion in order to avoid similar situations.

Why some of the players did and some didnt get a bonus is a mystery to me.

luvkittynumber1 and TXInspector Ill email them again and try to get this bonus for you.
