  • Ok first of all what i do like about your casino.Its very easy to navigate and you have thumbs up for that feature,you have really big selection of several game providers and your live chat nice and friendly.

    Now the things i dont like,must have 24/7 live chat support i dont  like when i see offline support,thats very important feature for me,honestly i dont like the colors on your site,yellow naaahhh..if you could make an effort and changed it a bit with more eye friendly colors .

    And the most important thing is your casino licence if you would have Maltese one and or the UK Gambling licence you would be top notch casino and the last would be i would like to know what is your time frame for withdraw to any e-wallet option  smiley

    I do like the look and feel of your casino. Most things looks quite nice and very sleek. But you really need to get rid of that horrible yellow you have between the slots overview and also side bar in middle. I don’t feel that looks good or suits. Maybe use a bit darker colour like dark grey.

    The white textured background I actually like not sure why but makes it a good feel. But still that yellow ruins it. But I can see from your logo seems it is showing the edges of a Limo? Then I would suggest to follow that up in your design. As I do not think it really comes through.

    I can see when you play a slot you will need to go back to menu. I can live with that as seems your slots load very fast which is nice and impressive. Also there is this option in bottom recent played games which is cool as then you have these to pick from if already have a slot open.

    'Under ''Promotion'' when you click further down on this page in right side you have > You "New Games" section I find quite simple and not interesting. How about adding screenshots and even video or something. I also don’t like this line > “Our new array of games is sure to keep you coming back for more because we choose only the best and nothing else” I find this hmm a bit hmmm. Surely many other casino release the newest and best slots when they come out nothing crazy about that so I would suggest leaving that out or at least change the wording and how its shown.

    But yeah finally overall it looks good with some alternations. And yes the options where you can sort the games and also have selection of software providers is really good.

    Finally I see UK Gambling License missing but I signed up fine and by rules you should block me though still hope I can play here. But it is bit worrying. From a rating from 0-10 I would give you a nice 7 of 10.

    @helena about Malta/ UKGC license - we will be happy too if we will have it. But currently - just Curacao. But generally, as a player myself, what the difference? I played in terrible casinos under Malta/Curacao license, but also i played in awesome casinos under same Malta/Curacao license. So it is more about making good business, not having license.

    Our live chat 24/7. Not sure why you saw it offline, probably there was some kind of short offline period due to tech problems.

    About WD's - we pay fast, your wd in working hours of management unlikely will be pending for more than 1 hours. During nights/weekends - unlikely more than 12 hours. I can't call it lightning fast, but it is good, right? smiley

  • Customer support - Very important to me,that is one of the reasons will i deposit there or not,if the support agents are awful the chances to deposit in any casino are equal to zero wink 

    Reputation -hmm..of course its important,but we cannot have the same experience neither the ratings from some casino would be the same,so whats good for me might not be good for anyone else.

    Support has to be top notch. And they should also have very good English skills and grammar(not like me lol) but yeah nothing worse than go to support and someone very hard to understand or they have problems understanding you. And very important they need to have great knowledge and be kind.

    I have not given this 5 as we know new casinos need chance to get good reputation. So you could even give this as low as 3. But yes good reputation is very important and it will grow with time but any new casino has to start somewhere. And their reputation will not be best first off. But if bad stories comes out their reputation will go down and if only good things comes out then yes their reputation will be be very good. To mention a couple with great reputation which you could strive for is Videoslots, Guts and Casumo.

    I think as my self most players have this as one of the most important. We want our withdrawals fast and without any hazzle/problems.

    Also very important to have great promotions for players to enjoy. Should not be to much of it either. Nothing worse than almost daily promotions or special ones that changes every week like Tivolicasino they have a no deposit on a slot which changes all the time and have horrible terms conditions.
    Promotions etc should have fair terms and conditions. Maybe offer better terms for more valuable players is important. Could be lower wager requirments or even cash gifts etc. Also important free spins offers should have no wager. Most casinos now offer that with no wager.

    I dont find this that important. Yeah it is a good thing to have a active rep at forum but I find this as the lowest most important of them all.

    I did try do a checkup from my other browser and when I accessed your casino with a VPN proxy and used Sweden. I could then suddenly see also Netent and microgaming slots available.     Both are my favorit providers, but if I have to choose, I would end up pickung Microgaming. The reason is that I had more cashouts with MG and I prefer their higher chances to win big (the thrill is on their side, while NetEnt has like DeadorAlive and Twin Spin only). Also, their old-school slots still can compete with any NetEnt slots.

  • I think overall I'd go with nentent, their games are consistently interesting and most have something which makes it stand apart from any other game.

    Microgaming has a lot more games (I think?) and some are great, but like 70% of them are pretty lame imo, im less likely to want to try some random microgaming game ive never played.

  • Netent is better for me because every their game is different from each other. There are many unique features in Netent slots.
    Microgaming has a lot of games that really differ only in images (Thunderstruck II - Immortal Romance - The Finer Reels of Life, Break Away - Rugby Star - Football Star - Cricket Star etc) .

  • Ok i just talked to your casino live support agent.The live agent answered right away in few seconds,so i would say pretty decent,because if something i dont like is to wait the live agent to answer my question and believe me there is casinos where you will wait up to 10 minutes or so.

    I asked do you have VIP program and will the wagering will stand the same.So one thing its not clear to me,i believe you told us that the wagering of your casino bonuses are X 40 and i got answer that all you bonuses are with X 50 the bonus,so dont know who is wrong or right?

  • Okay, so first I wanted to say that I have had a few conversations with your support and once I wrote email inquiry and never received answer. I wasn't a registered member and had some quiestions about no deposit bonuses and even though the question wasn't very important, I didn't like the fact I never got a reply. So at first I had low expectations about your casino live support. But luckily that changed. I received exclusive bonus from LCB and got those extra spins, support added those for me and everything was really nice.

    Today I contacted your support asking if I could get something free, since my last session wasn't good. This is a question which I know annoys many CS so it was a good opportunity to see what answer would I get. Support was with me right away and told me they would take a look into my account. Unfortunately I couldn't get anything, but I really liked the politeness from customer service. I also asked what advantages would there be for a loyal customer, as I personally enjoy playing at few casinos and being a regular depositor. I was told there was no strict criteria and just to contact manager. Maybe I asked an odd question but I really felt like there support could advertise some promotions (exclusive free spins, cashbacks, anything) so the answer I got was poor.

    All in all, I like that live support in general isn't hard to contact, but there is room for improvement. A little warmer attitude and bigger want to explain things would be great.

    I was trying to think of something good to ask support when I remembered you have a promotion calendar mentioned on your site for players who have 4 deposits.  I remember actually making my fourth deposit on your site instead of somewhere else partially because I wanted to see this secret calendar.  After I didn't receive it for a couple days I asked live support about it, they had never heard of any calander, so I showed them the link to the promotion: https://lcb.org/casinos/limoplay



    They said they would make sure I received it soon.


    This all happened in December.

    Today, nearly two months later I realized I had completely forgotten about this.  (Even though I have made a couple decent deposits since)  Perfect way to test support.

    If they were getting hammered and dealing with at leas 7 or 8 other customers at the same time, I would give this CS Rep a 3/10 and recommend not letting him work until some time is spent training him. 

    If they had only a couple or no other customers at the same time as me, he really should be fired.

    I waited about 5 min for him to respond initially with the standard greeting I'm assuming is just copy/pasted in asking me what my question was.  I had already asked the question in the form before starting the chat, but I asked again - and then waited 3 minutes for this:

    Uh, you have asked absolutely crazy question to him - awesome. The thing is that even after 2 month - we did not make this calendar live. We have many promos - but all was sent by email(also to you). It's bad, and we hope to finish it anytime soon. Forgive me, my team, our casino for this. Once again, I understand - it's bad.

    Re CS...Hm, well as you already know - our agent was not aware about this promo. It's not his guilty. But I am still not happy with him - he MUST reply faster. No way to have so long time for replies...Also keep customer in chat for hour with reason like that - never good. I will spoke with him once he will wake up after night shift.

    Please understand, it is inhouse CS. Not like they sitting in other country and just answer question. They work for about half of year, and I am personally constantly teach them different thing. It is not fast process, but they really show that they could be awesome CS team. And they will be. One day.

  • Okay so I wrote an email to your support about the new game release from Netent. I asked whether there will be any bonus for the new release. I received an answer email in 10 minutes. Support wrote that indeed there will be some bonuses for the new game and corrected my mistake that the game will be launched on 23rd february ( I had written it was on 21st). I was very pleased with both the answer and the speed, since I once had bad experience with not receivng any answer at all. Also I liked the fact that support knew about the new game, many times I've asked this kind of questions and support has answered like "What game? No, we don't know about it" so it was refreshing that the support knew this. And 10 minutes for email response is really good.

    I had made my first deposit on your site, and i read the rules and all and knew i wasnt allowed to bet over 5 and was doing ok on a game when all the sudden i just made a couple bets of 6 instead of 3.  my brain went somewhere else and my clicking finger wanted to gamble

    After a minute or two i was like $#%$%, so i got on live chat and you can read the whole thing from thelink above.

    in the end, i never heard back from them after a few days, and i was afraid to play because i didn't want to win, and not get paid, and i didnt want to lose, ;( so i ended up just forfeting my winnings and withdrawing a little less then my deposit after playing.
