well i thought i was getting 1400.00 seems you can only cash out 5times the bonus if i would have know i would have played it down for comp points but still getting 250.00 its free can't complain

wow...i didn't realize the 5x either...although it is in the terms & conditions; 9. Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. $50 given; max cash out = $250 (Random Jackpots are also included).hmmm...5x the bonus is not much considering the price of each raffle ticket... Blue - what do you think? although i think the contest went very well, since this has now surfaced i think the 5x the bonus prize max. is a bit low considering this wasn't a "one-time deposit to enter" contest - it was a deposit to purchase raffle tickets. technically (had i won using my free bonus prize) i would have paid more money purchasing my tickets than i would have been able to cashout my from the prize money. maybe this could be addressed to the Jackpot Capital for next time? Make the bonus prize money in the same category as a match bonus; instead of the free money as stated in the t&c 9 (above). Match bonuses at Jackpot Capital do not have a max. cashout amount.

Yes - I think 5x max is very low. But when I did the 150% bonus, only 3 people took advantange of it and I was one of them.
What am I to do?

LOL...and i believe i was the other....who was the third? The 150% was an exclusive match bonus code - which does not have a max. cashout. The exclusive contest gave bonus money as prizes. the bonus money according to the t&c had a 5x bonus max. cashout restriction. Now that I have them both presented in front of me - and I were to do it all over again and they so happen to be running at the same time - the 150% bonus is where all my money would go vs participating in the contest. it's like a guaranteed win of the contest but with a better prize. If possible, see if Jackpot Capital would waive the 5x max. cashout on the contest's bonus prize and treat more like a match bonus prize using our entry fees like a deposit. if this could be done..there would no longer be a max. cash out on the prize bonus money -which would make the contest worth joining. ....however.... thank you for putting these events together! and i hope i can keep this winning streak with you going...when i decide to go to Vegas..u know i'm going to make u go too! |

Answer = yes

Not what you wanted to hear I know but that is the rule.

hey blue...
i'm not sure how tournaments are arranged with the casino or if the tournaments come in a preset package which is just given to you but i think players should be informed of rule #9 for next time. I'll be honest, if i had known, i would not have been so willing to spend so much for this event. oh...i'm just emphasizing the importance of this information, please don't read this in the wrong context...i'm not upset at all...as matter of fact i really think you do a wonderful and great job which i appreciate tremendously. i would hate to see a player upset with you for this matter...and now i know i won't have to worry cuz players will be informed next time =))) that's all...
and a higher exclusive match deposit bonus for new and existing players would be awesome!!!

Thanks Soda - I try to get as high match deposit as I can but they are quite rigid and the best I got was the 150%. I will try and get higher for next time but it is hard to get any more than that. With the free chps...I think I put normal T&C applies and whilst I appreciate that you wouldn't have deposited as much had you known the T & C, I can't post every rule as the post would be huge.
I thought that players would check the T & C before participating in a promo. But I do hear ya and understand where you are coming from.
I will see if I can get a nice deposit bonus for next time or perhaps a free chip (lmao - I just know that aint gonna happen but there's no harm in asking again).
