ALL OF A SUDDEN NOW MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED AT GOLDEN CASINO CAUSE THERE IS ANOTHER ACCOUNT LINKED TO MY ADDRESS. WELL MY HUSBAND HAD AN ACCOUNT BEFORE WE MET, DID NOT REMEMBER HIS ACCOUNT SO I CREATED MY OWN(he lived at a previous address when he registered)WITHOUT EVEN SENDING ME AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY ME THEY BLOCK MINE TO DO AN INVESTIGATION BUT HIS IS ACTIVE STILL  WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN RIGHT BEFORE THE TOURNEY?  ??  Have you contacted their live chat? They may be able to sort it out there and then. blue |

yes i have, and it is blocked for an investigation...why wait till now, i think it is kinda funny. I also have an account at go,AND I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES  at this casino and it is blocked too  .There has been no issue till recently. |
