It will be us. I think the time zone is a factor here in the delay in crediting the bonuses, as well as the delay in getting the preferred casino the winner wants the bonus paid in to. Our promotions team (who credits the winnings) do not work 24/7. They start work at 9am and the winners that I have the casino for will have the money in that account by 10am (UK Time), latest. Don't Stress. If its not, I will eat my socks. |
