I recently contacted the live support at Wild vegas casino as concerns the 800% exclusive lcb bonus. They told me that, said bonus is non-cashable and not cashable as written on the Lcb site here. Did anyone have a similar response and can someone from Lcb look into this? Thanks

They didnt say anything about this bonus being sticky ( non cashable ).
We will double check .

Thanks Admin for speedy reply. I had already deposited and claimed bonus with the conviction that it was cashable as written here. However when I contacted live support to check my playthrough, I was told by operator that it was a non cashable bonus, he also posted a link with promo rules http://www.wildvegascasino.com/rules_promos.php. Here it is written that all bonuses above 100% are sticky. Let me know the results of your investigation and thanks again for your interest in the matter. |

I too thought it was cashable as stated here. I just found out today that they are treating it as non-cashable. Bummer.  Of course, I honestly didn't know the difference. I was hoping the 10x max cash out was 10x the bonus not the deposit. Only because I won over $7000.  |

Successfully completed play-through and made withdrawal request for max cashout 10x. Don't know how long it takes for payout as it is my first time playing with them. Does anybody know if they are fast or super slow on payouts?

Thanks for advice Debra and congrats on your win. I too was quite lucky and completed playthrough with 2.5k in my account, unfortunately max cashout is 10 x deposit.
I have already sent in documents and live support told me it takes 10 business days for payout. I will let you know how long it takes.
