It has come to our attention that some of you are questioning how the bonus money works and that the bonus is non-cashable.

Let me explain the term #2 - '2. You must have used your total bonus in stakes.'
Bonus money starts being wagered when your bankroll reaches the amount of bonus money you have. Meaning when playing you are first using the real money then if this money is lost, you start using bonus money.

An example would be, imagine depositing 100EUR and getting a 100EUR bonus. You now have 200EUr (100 real money and 100 bonus). You start playing, then your bankroll reaches 100EUR and you have 100EUR left in your account. It is here when you start wagering your bonus money. So any bets/stakes from here onwards you are using your bonus money and converting it into real money. Then you can cash our whatever winnings you converted from the 100EUR bonus money. However it is important to note if you bet 50EUR from the 100 bonus money and win 150EUR, your bankroll will be 200EUR (150 won from the wager you just did with the 50EUR bonus and 50 Bonus money thats left). Now when you start wagering again after this, you are using the money from the 150EUR real money which you just converted from bonus. Again if this is depleted and you are left with 50 in your bankroll, you then start using the remaining 50EUR bonus money.

Therefore Bonus money is used only when real money runs out. Then the bonus money is converted into real money.



Also please note the 1st term : '1. You must have played at least as many games as Euros you received as a bonus' - This does not mean that the games played only with bonus money count towards the amount of games play. The amount of games played also includes the games played with real money.
