I made a deposit of 20 and was denied the bonus. when I asked I was told the minimum deposit was 25. I couldnt find this information on lcb.com.
The Chat support told me it was in their bonus rules or terms & conditions but I checked both and couldnt find any information about this. I asked again and was told it was in the information of their welcome bonus of 100% (Code A4072) - but this is a complete different thing for me, as I didnt use this code and didnt read the rules of a bonus with a different code. Their is definitly no information about the LCB-Bonus or any general minimum in their general rules.

Anyway, I asked if I could add the missing 5 dollar but i was told i needed to add at least 20 more to receive a bonus of 80 bucks on the 40 I deposited. I refused as this was too much for me and I didnt want to meet playthrough requirements that high. I  am disappointed about the fact that i couldn't find any decent details about this particular bonus and finally got denied it...
