Unfortunately not. You would have had to sign up from our exclusive landing page (displaying the €11 free offer) and registered an account within the promo time period.

I did this and only afterwards did i see the Terms & conditions telling me i have to deposit first then afterwards i get the money, nevermind. It's a good way of getting people to sign up

Yeah, I see that it is very amazing promotion, but so bad (  i already have skrill account for about 6 years

I wish they were USA friendly so to speak.  I've noticed that a lot of the casinos take this for deposit payment but not available for us here in the USA.

It's also limited in what options are available when it comes to making withdrawals too.
