I am a long time player at
Win Palace and I was quite disappointed this weekend. It was my birthday Sunday and I asked live chat for a free chip. They told me they couldn't give me one. I mentioned that I have deposited thousands of dollars with your
casino and it seemed odd that they wouldn't do it. The operator told me to hold and came back with a $10 chip. Now mind you, I appreciate every freebie your casino has given me and I appreciated the $10.
My grievance was regarding the email I received today - a birthday bonus of 300% or such. I wrote the person back and told them I was disappointed and have since removed Win Palace from my computer and they have lost a loyal player. It may not be alot of money to some, but $500 plus per month deposited is alot to me. It seemed like a slap in the face. I'm not asking for anything free, I just wanted to let you know.
