RE  MIAMI  CLUB CASINO     well,i come to last of my allowable visa deposits so miami club asked me to d it another way from there deposit page so i used their paste and play-where you register your credit card and they give you a voucher to use at places that accept it like miami club,well miami club kept given me answers like paste the voucher into the coupon slit like that was going to work,another told me it would be there tommorow morning and yet another told me just wait till next month and use your visa again. so if they arent going to provide the slit for me to put the voucher in what do i do eat it? i talked to other casino owners who told me it is a simple thing for them to do this yet they are playing games with me like i got $35 to throw away. i would like them to make this right since i prefer not to put a stop pay out can somone talk to someone there who has any maturity instead of the people i talked to who kept making fun of my situation? i feel about 1 inch high right now ,being disabled its hard to find the money to have fun like this and look what they have done to me.  $$  :'$ :/(  :-&  :(  :-[  8p

thanks,but im trying to deposit. :-[                      and deposit the $35 paste voucher i bought through miami clubs depositing methods. miami club is  not taking their own payment of $35  to let me play. and now im ripped off $35 unless they figure out what they are doing wrong.

to add insult to injury they have sent me over 10 emails last night telling me my 1 deposit try failed even though i kept writing back telling them i took their advice and used one of their own alternate  deposits and they will not acknowledge that,also i got 8 of those in my inbox at miamiclub casino saying the same thing and i answering that i have done what they asked and deposited through another of their methods,and still they send the same mail again and again ignoring that i have deposited and how do i use it.      :-[    >:(      :'$     :-&

thank you,i appreciate the help-they wrote me that one letter but its been quite a few hours later,i dont know if they are going to try to help me or not in fact talking to them on the phone i came to feel they thought it all a funny joke on me as per the way they were talking like they had no idea what their depositing choices were, after calling twice they now ignore my phone # on their caller id and do not pick up anymore i just dont see such a high ranking casino ignoring a deposit i made for them on their site and if they think a disabled vets $35 is just money to throw away they got another thing coming-well,monday is another day and ill give it to tommorow afternon and then will raise holy h--l with them.i figured i would be playing and having a little fun by now instead of constantly checking to see if they have done anything and no,not a thing.  ill be carefull about leaving out info next time they just had me so steamed i dident even see anything but red at the time.  :)

If you don't have the money to deposit then why are you depositing?  Nobody forced you to make this $35 deposit.   Not only that but it seems you deposit quite often because we have seen you deposit elsewhere, and you also reached max amount of deposits at this place. 

Certainly don't want to see anyone taken advantage of but you really don't need to turn it into a drama.

max. amount is how much? i made 1 deposit of $35 this month,second deposit for $35 said i hit max. for the month anyways my money was dissapeared for 3 days until credited back to my card.i would not usauly be upset but  they did not know who what or where my money had gone.i was told i made a succesful deposit and they finaly put up a window where i could put the paste and play code but it did not show up in my account and did not come back to my card until 4-5 days later.im not exactly without money but keeping within a budget is defenitly needed inflation here has doubled food and gas prices in the last 4 years with no raise in those years and im betting its the same all around the u.s.. sorry for drama i just havent had money dissapeared before and no one able to tell me where it was sorry if it bothered you.

You are a little harsh!  You may not mean it to sound that way, but the tone is absolutely one of sheer arrogance.  Yobaboy has a right to know where his money has gone and there is no reason why it shouldn't have been in his account or back on his card earlier than 4-5 days later , along with the fact that no one had any idea where it was, was even worse.  How inept does that look? 

They knew where it was, they held onto it as long as they could.   Telling him they had no idea where it was is BS!  They knew exactly where it was!  It doesn't just "show up" back on your card, unless someone sends it there. 

All these guys think that we are all a bunch of morons when it comes to deposits and withdrawals, especially withdrawals, and for a casino to try and twist the actuality of a situation into something it certainly is not, is the most ludacris and ridiculous thing I have ever heard. 

What is the problem with just admitting to your mistakes and taking it from there instead of trying to wiggle and squirm your way out of something, when it is so obvious that the other party knows exactly what you are doing.  No wonder people get so irate and upset with these guys.  Their support and their other departments have no idea what is going on.  When you ask for the person "in charge", they are either not in or can't be found.  You cannot contact the finance department yourself when you have a problem to resolve when it involves "your money" because they "don't have a phone or a phone number"?

Hmmm, I really would hate to be in that building when it is burning to the ground and no one is able to call the fire department because they "don't have a phone or a phone number".
