Tracy...I don't know the secret because if I did I would be cashing out at EVERY casino I play at.  I was just lucky at Winpalace when I won the 1000.00.  Then I won and cash outed 600.00 Monday.  I just wish it didn't take 5-10 days to process withdrawals.  I hope they change that in the future if you have already made withdrawals that they go faster.  So far...I'm loving Winpalace. Smiley

agreed as fae as winpalace is concerned i have deposited (once over 300)and never cashed out.I also wish they would stop emailing me saying ive won $80 then when i try to claim it,no go .I get a daily email from them saying HI YOUVE WON lol ya right Angry Angry

I just have a question,

why winpalace/casino titan hide the playthru progress check  box from their customers?

casino titan had this option before winpalace took over it, now it's all gone.  It's so much esier for us, just to click on cshier and check our plythru in there, instead of contacting live support everytime.

If it is not too much trouble I would like to know why the reels have started to take 15 seconds to stop?  I have encountered this problem with my last three deposits.  I contacted support and was told to put it on "TURBO SPIN".  I did this and it still took the same amount of time but I had no control over the stop button that I like to push.  So there advice did not make the reels spin faster.

I have deposited twice since that incident and it happened again.  I made my last deposit on Friday but the reels were spinning slow again so I didn't even want to play.  Other members have said you do not win when the reels are doing this and I agree.  I logged off and tried again with the same result.  Finally, last night I logged in again for the second time that night to play my Friday deposit and the reels were still doing the 15 second thing.  I finally gave up and just played my money because I did deposit it and wanted to play.  I hope this gets fixed because there is no entertainment when the machines function this way......it is just boring.

I am having a really hard time getting my docs verified I have submitted all my financial info several times to finance dept at slots jungle including faxback form. I have also asked for assitance with none given. does anyone have any suggestions. I would appreciate any help.

I had bad experience with Top game about a year or more ago and I stopped playing with topgame since.  I won with Mayflower and got paid, but I was bonus ineligible right after.  Thanks Mayflower, you stand out from the rest of other topgame casinos ( casino states and 50 states casino voided my winning, said that I'm bonus abuse). 
I just saw you, Daniel, under mayflower nd thead, so I thought I'll give it a try again if you can help to give me the bonus with Mayflower.

I have to say that regarding the deposit bonus ban that you mentioned, it's not something i can interfere with, since it's casino management decision, so if  the situation remained the same, you will have to contact them.

I withdrew $1160 from Winpalace and I got paid yesterday for only $500, the rest of the money was put back into my account.  I contacted support and they said the finance team will pay in installments.  I don't like it, but I had to tag along and really, I do not want to wait for another 10 business days to get another $500 and then another 10 business days to get $160.  Can you help please?
