    Hi, Daniel.  Could you look into this, customer support seems to think that I may not be able to withdraw the winnings after I made a deposit.



    I was checking on the status of my withdrawal, at first I was told by support that I didn't have to make a deposit (the guy who told me isn't working there anymore).  Next, I made a deposit, and claimed a bonus, in order to withdraw my winnings.

    I only played $21 + $42 matched = $61 but left the bonus money in there.  I just want to make sure that I was going to get my bonus amount from the free chip, and not be under restriction with the "playthrough", since customer support told me that I messed things up by making a deposit.

    I have never been told by a casino that I "made a mess" when I made a purchase.
    I just want to make sure that I receive the bonus I am entitled to, I will not "make a mess" and not make another deposit, until it has cleared.

    Anyway, I've checked and your withdrawal is approved and will be sent during the next few days.

    During that time, you can play only on funds you have in your account, but you cannot make a deposit while having a pending withdrawal. I assume that's what the CS meant.

    Since i work in the marketing program and not directly in Winpalace, i think if you contact Winpalace finance, within few min you'll get more precise info.
    In any case, I already requested them to look in to it.

    I do know that after the withdawal sent, the exceeding amount goes back to your balance and you need to make a following request.

  • 450% is/was an exclusive sign up bonus. CODE : 450slots .It was arranged back in November 09. We were never notifed this bonus is not valid anymore.

    400% sign up bonus is their "regular" bonus.

    If Daniel can confirm its no longer valid, we will update our review accordingly.

    2 things: First, the bonus coupon amount is deducted automatically from your withdrawal. For example you received $100 bonus, won and now you request cash out for $1500, the $100 coupon will be deducted from the cash out amount.

    Regarding your question about the free rolls- I think you can, but let me verify that.

I guess I still don't have enough experience under my belt to completely understand how the bonuses, playthru requirements, etc all work yet.  But still confused, as you say my bonus was $100,  but I used the reelin200 (200%) deposit & only deposited $25 so my bonus was only $50?  Right?    So will playing that $50 currently showing in my bonus section hold-up my current pending withdrawel or not?

  • Daniel, Sorry to bother you with this question.  I made a withdrawal of 1000 on August 26th.  My documents were approved.  On September 1st I had 500 sitting in my quicktender account and 500 was back in my casino account.  I contacted support and they said they can split it up depending on a player's class.  I know I have made 5 or 6 deposits.  My other 500 withdrawal is still pending since September 1st.  I know it says it can take up to 10 days but I assumed since when you guys split up my first withdrawal and it took 5 days I assumed this would take about the same time.  I emailed finance early yesterday and have heard nothing.  I am keep checking my quicktender account every hour to see if the money is there.  I want to deposit again but can't until I get my withdrawal.  I guess I am just asking how much longer do you think it will be?  Username cnolley.  Thanks and sorry for the LONG message. smiley

  • Tracy...I don't know the secret because if I did I would be cashing out at EVERY casino I play at.  I was just lucky at Winpalace when I won the 1000.00.  Then I won and cash outed 600.00 Monday.  I just wish it didn't take 5-10 days to process withdrawals.  I hope they change that in the future if you have already made withdrawals that they go faster.  So far...I'm loving Winpalace. smiley

  • If it is not too much trouble I would like to know why the reels have started to take 15 seconds to stop?  I have encountered this problem with my last three deposits.  I contacted support and was told to put it on "TURBO SPIN".  I did this and it still took the same amount of time but I had no control over the stop button that I like to push.  So there advice did not make the reels spin faster.

    I have deposited twice since that incident and it happened again.  I made my last deposit on Friday but the reels were spinning slow again so I didn't even want to play.  Other members have said you do not win when the reels are doing this and I agree.  I logged off and tried again with the same result.  Finally, last night I logged in again for the second time that night to play my Friday deposit and the reels were still doing the 15 second thing.  I finally gave up and just played my money because I did deposit it and wanted to play.  I hope this gets fixed because there is no entertainment when the machines function this way......it is just boring.

  • I withdrew $1160 from Winpalace and I got paid yesterday for only $500, the rest of the money was put back into my account.  I contacted support and they said the finance team will pay in installments.  I don't like it, but I had to tag along and really, I do not want to wait for another 10 business days to get another $500 and then another 10 business days to get $160.  Can you help please?

    Maybe you meant to say puts you over $250.00 because what you put down is $290.00 for deposits. Just bringing it to your attention incase it is a mistake...
