I don't have any promotions in my account either, but I thought that was just because I won some money, promos usually seem to disappear if you win anything (for me at least) will I be able to get them back? (account nyssa3)

I was wondering too if direct support rep could do anything about flushing my second withdrawal? I got my first one very quickly, but I have been waiting a week for my second one. I have been into Livechat 3 times about this, to see when I would be paid, and it was only today that I was told I needed to submit ID docs (not unusual in itself, but I already cashed out, so I thought you didn't need them), they said I was sent an email, I guess I was, but ALL email from your casino that I know about has come through, and there was nothing in spam or junk folder so IDK about that. Now I have been sitting in Livechat for 1/2 hour sending emails because my docs haven't arrived Sad Chat told me that after my docs are approved I have to wait ANOTHER 2 - 5 business days for my withdrawal, so there you go, I was wondering if the owner might take pity on me and hasten the process Wink

this place is a friggin joke with the WORST customer service ever!!!  I've been saying this all along as you can tell the intergriity of a casino right from the start and I've been posting about how bad this place is......sorry slot junkie that you had to experience this with them......I too got an email today from them saying there was a bonus in my account and low and behold, the bonuses were only good if I deposited and with this kind of crap ass service...THAT WON'T BE HAPPENNING.....lol, lets see how many days if takes for the rep to come up with some kind of excuse for everyone!!

Tradition have a rep here and that is great. Show some respect. It might not be so easy to start a new casino, so give them some time.

Slotsjunkie received a bonus Refer a friend ( 50 NO DEPOSIT ) without never refered to us a friend. We're currently changing all our security system for allowing all players and giving best bonuses we can, a new employee made an error with this Refer a friend bonus so we removed bonuses from accounts + winnings from this bonus. She was not surprised to receive this bonus, but she's surprise to see that her bonus has been finally removed...

But, be sure that we credited $10 free to all depositing customers, especially if they sent us an email explaining that they received a no deposit Refer a friend bonus without being eligible :-)

This comment was totally unnecessary especially coming from you!

I as the player have no idea how you word your bonuses, when I have received them at other Rival Casinos, they say all kinds of different things for the NDB so I just thought it was put it the account because you wanted to put it there.

I understand that you are new and there may be glitches in the beginning, but that is all you had to say!

Even though I showed some frustration in the chat(because at that time I was) when I made my post to you I was calm and respectful.

That comment made me feel bad as if I am some type of cheat or something and I really didn't appreciate it.

I too am a good depositor to Tradition Casino, and I am happy to hear there will be ND bonuses for depositing players.
I did recieve $5 last night from Live Chat but I have deposited alot more than that.

Lol...slot junkie, they act as if it's your fault you got the bonus removed!!! If it was a problem on their side then that is exactly what it is....THEIR PROBLEM, and it should NOT be removed from your account, if it was given to you, then they should honor their mistake instead of taking it back.......there is nothing worse then a casino sending out false averdisement or promotions then taking it back and saying oops we made a mistake, and not just here, but ANYWHERE.................

first thing to say: i find some guys here in this forum, as said above, doesnt show the respect necessary. casinos dont have to give you anything, be glad if they do, if they dont dont be so childish to call them rogue or anything!
if a casino is carefully in throwing around freebies its a good sign imho, maybe think twice ;-).

second, if you complain about the livechat Smiley the livechat is always the same on all rivals! ecept sloto which have their own. so youre always talkin to the same guys ;-)

tradition has a very opned and nice rep here. i read her posts on casinomeister and was warmly surprised,first i was bonus banned they solved all my issues without any problems. now they offer fair match bonusses, i even took no freeby there ever, i likes their honest way of running the casino thats what intended me to give them a chance and made some deposits there. i can confirm if you ever have any issue talk to caroline first, if she cant hhelp you out then! come to forums and complain. thats why shes here.

to slotjunkie: what caroline mentioned about you not beeing surprised as you received a refer a friend nd is totally correct. that was also what i was asking myself as i read your complaint at first. if i would see a bonus which i clearly shouldnt have i ask the customer support as i dont want to get disappointed later like you now. most times casinos honour if you act in an honest and open way and better ask twice. yes it was hteir mistake, bu thats no reason why they should pay you out on funds you were not entitled to.  i can imagine your feeling as you nearly made the wr, but hey just a simple livechat before would have cleared all issues thats it ;-9
i hope you dont get me wrong on my opinion but thats how i see it.


casinos are not out there only for freechips, its a nice thing one can take advantage of from time to time. tradition gave you a nd bonus and as youre quite active in this forums and know about freebies etc iam sure you knew before that a refer a friend bonus without having refered a friend is very unusual :-)  in  a way you blindly played it and really can not complain now.

Coxwel, before I respond to your post, my name is SLOTjunkie not SLUTjunkie!!! I am gonna assume that was just a typo!!

Now to reply, I am a highly HONEST person, don't steal nor do I cheat! I am still fairly new to this online gambling thing(just started in July 09, I had an account at 1 microgaming, but never played) so as I stated before Rival uses all different types of wording for the NDB they give and I don't question what they decide to give or call them. It is just nice when they decide to generously give a NDB.

Nicolas at VEGAS REGAL gives NDB's very frequently and they have wording that may not pertain to me as a player(like loyalty bonus,when I have never deposited) and it has never been taking away once it has been claimed. I made playthrough there on 2 NDB's back2back and didn't have any problems collecting the money(and I had never deposited there) but because of their attitude towards the customer this will be one of the if not the only RIVAL I will deposit at(when I am back to work).

I have no problem at all with them making a mistake giving it and then needing to take it back. It is how they took it back and the insinuating comment the owner/rep made towards me that I have a complaint about!
It just didn't seem professional to me!

I am not saying I will never play there, I just think they could stand to step up their customer service game a bit. For all she knows, I may have became her biggest depositor, but how you treat someone makes all the difference in how the feel about you!
