Hello, just wanted to know why I did not get the free $30 exclusive bonus when I signed up thru the banner here....all I got was the free $10 and the over the $1000 bonus which I am still playing but would trade in for the free $30. i have been playing at tradition casino for quite awhile lost a lot of money and even redeemed those little comps you get but when i ask if i am going to get my 75 percent loss refund am told that i am still considered a new player and they will send me an email i have played at regal casino the same amount and they seem to always give a free chip bonus.  traditions live support never has any answers they always say you will recieve and email well havent got one yet i dont think i like them had the same problem once with palace of chance got screwed out of 14000.00 dollar win. so does anyone know what it takes to be considered a player

I actually closed my acct. last night because I was told I couldn't get the 75%.  I deposited at least 8 times and even with deposit bonuses the money flew.  If I thought there were a chance to get a loss refund I'd be willing to reopen my account and continuing depositing after the refund.  Maybe it will buy me more playing time,
