I think you will agree that Nicolas has gone over and above the call of duty of a rep on our forum and has bent over backwards to help everyone he possibly can.
My reason for posting is to remind you that this is a support thread and looking at all the posts, there are only a couple that are actually asking questions and seeking help.
Can I ask kindly guys to keep this as a support thread.

I agree with Blue 100% I have NOT asked(begged) for one single chip If he decides to put one in my account I will play and have played them and he has put several in my account (he had my username from the contest), but I refuse to take his extrodinary kindness and super generosity for granted. I was looking in the exclusive section and saw the $150 free opening offer, but when I clicked on the link it only states $12.00. Can someone help me with this please? Nic after hearing so many good things about your casino I downloaded it and wanted to register but have not been able to do so. It comes up like I already have an account and to be honest I don't remember ever opening one. So I contacted live help and I forgot the name of the person I was chatting with but they tried to help me with no success. I gave them all my information and they looked to see if I had an account and I was told I didn't have an account. I tried deleting the program and reinstalling according to their directions and it still doesn't work. Maybe you can help or tell me what I need to do next.
