Okay, here is my problem and I hope a VRC rep can help! I received the free $50 chip today. I was playing the Vendetta 3D slot
. I was betting $1.00 a spin. I had about $38.00 and then I hit the bank bonus. I disarmed the first bomb and it awarded me 2300 coins. Then I disarmed the second bomb and won another 2300 coins. Then the next two bombs i tried to disarm blew up. At the end of the bonus it said I won 2300, 2300, 0, 0 and a total of 4600 coins. When it took me back to the game it said I won 4600 coins but it only credited me with 2300 coins!!!! I didn't notice it until I hit the spin button because it said I won 4600 so I didn't take a screenshot because I didn't see the error until after I hit spin. I hit spin a few times more thinking my balance would adjust but it didn't. I went to my game log and it said I only won $23.00 on that bonus which is so incorrect.

cnolley: its hard to make a screen shot when you see 4600 credits and then you hit spin and see it only credited you with half

So from what it sounds like is I am out of luck. I know it was only $23.00 but it was still $23.00. So I didn't get a screenshot of it and can't prove it but I feel I am owed the 23 bucks. So I play the same game out trying and trying to get the bonus so I can have proof of what happened because I wanted to see if it did it again. I couldn't get the bonus again so I left the game and went to a 3 reel slot. When I went to the game I noticed I was spinning and winning but my balance NEVER changed!!!! Finally, it said I didn't have enough money for that wager even though it showed a balance. I DID get a screenshot this time. When I left the game it showed I only had a penny left even though the screenshot showed differently.
I think with this screenshot error attached they will see there was a problem gong on and it was a technical glitch. I really hope they will credit my $23.00 bonus to my account because it was not credited correctly.
