  • I have a question regarding an email I received and a pop up message that comes up in the lobby every time I login to Tropica.  The email states that every day in January that you deposit and wager at least $30 you will be credited with $20 and $11.  The casino pop up message states the same exact thing.  I have deposited over $30 three times this week and as far as I can tell I have NOT received this bonus.  I may have received it once but again, I am not for sure.  I contacted support and they say it is random players who get the $20 and $11 but if you read the email screen shot and pop up message screen shot below it does NOT say it is random.  It says each player will receive this.  The only thing that is said about random is if you play 100 on Reel Party Platinum you will be in a drawing for some credits.  I brought this up with support two times this week and they both tell me the $20 and $11 is for random players.  I disagree and the screen shot prove it.  I have only been credited $5.00 for Reel Party Platinum even though I have made 3 deposits at 35 each.  Can you please help, clarify or change your promo and email message so it states the correct information?  It is misleading to players.  I LOVE this casino and deposit regularly and I would have NOT deposited 3 times this week if I had known I would not receive the $20 and $11 each time.  Thanks!  cnolley

  • Thanks Duwayne those 8 promotions are for use with deposits. My problem is with the FREE chips you offer for making deposits. I never received my November 10% cash back promotion and even though I made 34 deposits in December i DID NOT receive my 10% monthly cash back for December either. Not to mention having to contacting support to receive my 20% weekly cashback with 3 times NEVER receiving it at all!

The deposits I have made thus far have been on DIFFERENT DAYS with only receiving the 11 bonus ONCE and never receiving the 20 or 11 bonus on any of the other daily deposits.

    No TaaaDaaa I did not make three deposits in one day.  I made three deposits THIS week.
  • Actually my deposits were on the 4th, 5th and the 7th.  I am pretty sure I am owed 3x20 and 3x11.  I may have received one 11 and 20 but when I asked support if I did all they wanted to tell me was how this bonus is granted to random players and wouldn't confirm yes or no if I had received it at all.

    As I mentioned before, promotions are credited automatically when players meet a certain criteria. I don't credit players individually or manually.

    I'm looking into why it's not crediting your account and once I know why, I'll let you know and will credit you with any outstanding free chips. I'd need the assistance of out tech guys to look into this with me.

    We've had a look into your account and noticed that you only deposited $30 or more on 2 days so far this month and on both those days you received the 20 and 11 free. This includes yesterday as well.

    Please bear in mind that the terms of this promo states that players need to deposit 30 credits minimum and have a net loss of 30 credits on the day in order to receive the 20 and 11 free.

    Thanks Duwayne!  I do appreciate your help!  I logged in just a bit ago and had an $11 credit.  I made another deposit of $35 but have not played it or the $11 yet.  But like I said the $11 was in my account BEFORE I made my deposit today on the 10th.

    Okay, so I was credited for my deposit on the 5th for 20 and 11 as you stated.  I deposited over the 30 amount on the 4th, 5th, 7th and again on the 9th or 10th depending on the time difference. 

    When I logged in yesterday I had a two $11 credits ad one $20 credit.  From my calculations I should have received five $11 credits and five $20 credits.

    As you stated I received a $20 and $11 on the 5th.  I received two $11 and one $20 credit on the 10th.  So I am still missing THREE $20 credits and TWO $11 credits.  I am sorry for bothering you about this again but I just want to make sure I receive my credits as it stated I would for my deposits.  Thanks Duwayne for the help you have provided so far and for the help I am sure you will provide now.

    the reply that i got from your support was:

    Why does it say in the promo at least 35€ deposit, not until (up to 35€) ?

  • I don't know if Zuga can help or not but I received a 25 free chip at Tropica to play 3D game.  Max cashout out was 25 I believe.  I went to withdrawal it and redeposit it and there was no cashout or deposit button.  I went to support and was told I couldn't cash it out and I asked why did they give me the free chip anyway.  I still have 1900+ in my Tropica account and can't even get my measly 25 bucks.

    Same thing happened at Ruby Royal, I claimed a free chip around the same time as Tropica and made playthrough.  Max cashout was 50.  After it timed out they reduced my balance to 50 but I still was unable to cashout.  When I inquired about this they said there was nothing they could do and I asked why did I get the free chip in the first place.  They said it was an old chip which was BS cause I check all my accounts daily.  I just want my 20 from Tropica where I have deposited 1000's and my 50 from Ruby Royal where again, I have deposited quite a bit.

    as you know most of the Rival casinos stopped accepting US players. But now there are reports that some of them are no longer accepting bets from existing US players as well.

    I do not think it can be done much in your case being that you have no banking options at cashier.
